What is Maywei Hub?

Maywei Hub is a secure platform that enables businesses to manage crypto-based payments using USDT and USDC stablecoins. It provides streamlined onboarding, wallet management, and payment processing through a simple web interface.

How does the onboarding process work?

After signing up, you'll complete a guided onboarding process: provide your business information, submit required documents for KYC (Know Your Customer) verification, and once approved, your wallet will be set up automatically so you can start making and receiving payments.

What currencies are supported for payments?

Maywei Hub supports USDT (Tether) and USDC (USD Coin) stablecoins for payments. These are dollar-pegged cryptocurrencies, meaning 1 USDT or 1 USDC is always equal to approximately $1 USD.

How do I fund my wallet?

Once your account is verified and your wallet is created, you can fund it by sending USDT or USDC to your unique wallet deposit address. Your deposit address and supported networks are displayed on the wallet funding page in your dashboard.

What is KYC and why is it required?

KYC (Know Your Customer) is a regulatory requirement that verifies your identity and business information. It helps prevent fraud, money laundering, and ensures compliance with financial regulations. KYC verification is processed through our partner Bridge and is required before you can access payment features.

How long does account verification take?

KYC verification is typically completed within a few minutes for straightforward applications. In some cases, additional review may be required, which can take up to 1–2 business days. You'll receive a notification once your verification status is updated.
